Device Selection Questions:

• Does this device meet our students’ needs?
• Will this device be able to match to our curriculum?
• Does this device have textbook company support?
• Can our support staff be certified to repair the device?
• Will this device be able to work within our technology infrastructure?
• What device has the best vendor support?
• What device is cost effective?
• What device has available buying or leasing options?
• What device will support on-line assessment tests?
• What device will provide skills that prepare students for the future?

Policy Questions:

• Should the device go home?
• Should the device go home over the summer?
• Who is responsible for loss, theft, and damage done to the device?
• What happens if the device is left at home during school?
