MINUTES OF AN EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE

BOARD OF SCHOOL TRUSTEES

DECATUR COUNTY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS

The Board of School Trustees of the Decatur County Community Schools met in

Executive Session at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at the Administration

Building, 1645 West State Road 46, Greensburg, IN 47240.  All members were present.

The purpose of the meeting was to receive information about individuals over

whom the Board has jurisdiction.

The Board hereby certifies that no other subject was discussed.  There being no

further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
