MINUTES OF AN EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE

BOARD OF SCHOOL TRUSTEES

DECATUR COUNTY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS

The Board of Trustees of the Decatur County Community Schools met in

Executive Session on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., at Keystone Sheraton,

8787 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240.  All members were present.

The purpose of the meeting was Board Training.

The Board hereby certifies that no other subject was discussed.  There being no

further business, the meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
